Readbud is a scam. What other scams have you found?

I have just heard of a site called Readbud, which supposedly pays you to read articles. However, after searching on Google, I found proof that it is a scam. Several people have reported that they made the minimum amount for payout but never received their payment even after three months.
Please share if you have proof of any scams that claim to pay but never do.

I hope more and more people will get to know that Readbud is scam. I hate to see this site is still alive till now.
