Have you heard of Waterfall Diet?

Have you tried it? If you've been dieting and exercising and still your gaining weight most specially in your tummy it might be due to water retention. Do you feel bloated? Do you feel like after eating just a small meal, your tummy is so full? Then I think Waterfall diet is for you. Of course you still need a doctors advice before you proceed because you might have some underlying conditions. Foods allowed in a Waterfall diet: wholegrain, fruits, vegetable, brown rice, nuts, seeds, tofu, chicken, fish, tea, yogurt, oats. Food to avoid: bread, pasta, wheat, cake, biscuit, pastry, dairy, coffee, egg, beef, processed food, sugar, chocolate, mayo, alcohol. ( Basically all the food I'm eating, lol, ) I'm a give it a try for a week and see if there's any difference.

I have heard of and tried many diets but I have never heard of that one. It sounds like the foods you should eat are typical of most diets. The foods you should avoid are all the good stuff.

I think most of my weight can indeed be attributed to water retention. I can feel this often and it always feel like in always bloated. I guess in going to watch out more of what i eat just to make sure.

Well thank you very much! I need some help here. As you, I am eating all the stuff I am suppose to be avoiding. hahaha! I lose 4 kilo's and gain 6 back within two days, it is driving me crazy! So, good luck! I am going to try it too. Hope it works.

what is that?, oh, sounds promising, but i think even if i try it, it'd be difficult for me to Stay On It! thanks though! i think exercise is more important..

I try my best to try it. But always i can't follow it. Maximum time i don't take the food which i should avoid. But there is another food which enhace our tummy. That is fast food. I can't stop myself to eat fast food and that's why my tummy increasing day by day. So we must take some other steps like should drink hot water with lemon or green tea which cut our tummy fat. Have a good time!

i have also been struggling to lose some weight.. unfortunately, all the foods to avoid that you mentioned, are the foods i enjoy and love eating! LOL i guess i have to change my diet after all.. :)

I didn't know that there was a name for this. But, it is something that people tend to do on a regular basis, I've heard the same kind of things called Adkin's Diet and other names as well. The thing about these kinds of diets is that they will work as long as you are on them, but when you quit the diet, you will probably put the weight back on. For me, I've found that the best diet is moderation instead of isolation.

hello, thanks for advising us, but I dont think I can take it all without rice on my plate? ha ha, I am not that that thin but I have slightly big tummy?, Nope. I like eating foods more foods specially sweet one. I try so many diet but I think this will work. I'll try it though.

Hi Tina! I know, I can't eat a meal with out rice also but I'm gonna try brown rice for a change. When I was in the mall I noticed lots of ladies although slim have big tummies, I think this might cause it... Mmm... I wonder. Let's just give this a try and see. Thanks! Happy MyLotting!
