can anyone help me?i have a big tummy in spite of proper diet, and i hate it (big tummy) so much....

hi me too i have a big tummy and yet im a girl but now im trying to do the proper diet like u follow the food pyramid lessen the fats like chocolate , and more on the lower that's the WATER and VEGETABLES try to do whenever u woke up in the morning before u eat drink plenty of water so that if you will eat you will not eat to much because of the water and at least have walk even 30 min because the proper exercise each they is 30 min then if you are hungry try to eat vegetables or fruits it will help you. and try to eat boil vegetables. this will help u my weight is 85 but after 1 year 75 :) and still im having diet my target is 65 or 60

hi, ckciasigurl!!!!my weight before was 55 kilos but now i'm 68 kilos already....my waistline now has reached to 33 inches, terrible!!!!i've tried drinking water before meal but it wasn't effective for me, in fact, i became sick because of drinking cold water with an empty stomach.i was taking diet pills but had to stop it because the pill became phased-out in the market.so sad....

oic were you from? there are many online pills who are selling me to i tried a pill its working , try to drink warm water not cold then if u are hungry try to drink plenty of water or if not fruits

i'm from the philippines. i was using a diet pill called reductil. maybe you heard about it already. it was very effective.

My best suggestion to you is no snacks between meals. Its very effective coupled with less foods on dinner or before 5pm diet. I lost 2.2 pounds for 5 days only. Try to cut off calories in your diet and have some walk with you friend or husband if you have. If you are a filipina like me, cut down rice by cups to cup to 6 tablespoon to 3 tablespoons. Its very effective and if you can tolerate no rice at all. Its simple, all you need is self control and self discipline. Remember, do it gradually because nothing lasts when you do it suddenly you might loss your track.

Try pilates along with some cardio exercises.
