Is facebook moves one step forward as compared to other social networking?

yes,in my opinion facebook moves forward as compared to other social networkings like orkut,yahoo etc.Now a days people generally like facebook more than others and make lots of friends.they can easily share their thoughts.
Is there anyone who supports me and agree with me?

I agree. I think the reason is mainly due to fb being somewhat more "professional" than most social networking sites. Another reason is the mainly user friendly interface that fb provides. Its easy to use and you dont need to me a rocket scientist to figure out how to use it.
