i phone wifi bluetooth not working :(

dear my lot, it was like 2 years past when i got my i phone im so happy because i have i phone 3g that time is the i phone is so expensive and 4g 3gs is not yet existing. When my sister arrived she gave it to me but the saddest part is the i phone is not yet open line because the i phone is from Austria and we live here in the Philippines. I'm Innocent in using the i phone i didst notice that when i connect my i phone to i tunes it updated, so i think that's okay so i go to the mall and try to ask if they can have open line my cellphone then they say that the version is to high they cannot down grade it so waited for months and months, and i asked them about the update of the i phone they told me that i should not update the version because they are difficult in down grading my i phone so months past by June, time to go to Italy for some vication i told my mom that my i phone is not yet open line so she told me that its okay when i go to Italy we will let them open line the i phone . so when i go to Italy i am excited to use my i phone now the saddest part is they cannot open line because the software is not yet exciting that's June so i waited for September i go there again and have open line my phone, oh Yes! they succeed in open line my phone. I was so happy and its low bat so i tried to connect it to my lap top then IT SUDDENLY UPDATE AUTOMATIC so it went to the higher version Again! i was so mad at m self because it is just an hour my 20 euro dis appear. so they cannot open line because the version is too high again December i called at Philippines to check if the version of my i phone if they can open they say yes they can open so when my cousin go home to the Philippines i let my i phone fix in the Philippines that December 2010 now they go back to Italy February i am so happy using my i phone so im starting to using wifi im starting to download applications to then suddenly my i phone cannot detect anymore wifi so i go up see the router my router is OK my lap top neither can detect wifi. so i tried to connect to the lap top reset but it is still the same until it upgraded again to higher version June when i come back to the Philippines i tried to find some technicians who can solved this problem but they cannot solved it so they open line my phone by not using wifi.i am using my i phone just for music and sms WIFI i cannot use even bluetooth :( what should i do it is so sad that there is no apple store in my place :(
