Royal Wedding's Full Live Coverage: In what network could I watch it? CNN, BBC?

I am already excited to the Royal Wedding of Prince William with Kate Middleton. Since this whole week I would be with my mother in her office because she is asking help from me regarding her errands to run but then she allowed my not to go with her on Friday of April 29 because she knows that I want to watch the live coverage of the wedding. She is fan of Princess Diana that is why she understands if I want to watch her son's wedding. However my problem is where I could watch the full coverage of this Royal Wedding? Because in our country as I have heard in ABS-CBN they would be only having updates then I don't know if they are having the full coverage on Studio 23. Unfortunately we don't have Velvet and Lifestyle channel in our cable. That is why I am wondering as well if they could have it on CNN, FOX NEWS, and BBC WORLD so that I can tune on that channel. I don't know if the TV 5 can be able to have live coverage as well. What time does it start?
