Does the 60k in profit include the 75k as a debit that the business owes money on? So did the Company make 60K in profit with including the investment as Owner's Equity and as a debt that needs to be paid back on. If it did then the Bank may be willing to go 10% but the bigger issue is the no assets Banks like to have something to have if you where to default on the Business something of value that is business independent also they are going to be more willing to give a loan out if they can get those assets if you fail. Another thing to consider is how your business is structured is it a LLC or Corp? These are important because if it is is a Partnership or Sole Proprietor then you could use your house or other things and even if you didn't realize if you default the bank could take your car and house as you and your business are the exact same thing in the legal sense of liability.

this is a sole trader (uk) and the 60k is last years profits without any new capital, the 75k is to buy the business from the existing owner so the money dosen't go onto the books at all. Thanks.
