Shareapic Scam

Well I got linked to shareapic for a good pay per view of picture site, my initial impression was it must be a good site, but after looking through some sites, people claimed that they haven't been paid since the lawsuit issue and multiple payments haven't been got yet. Can anyone tell me if it's legit or not, and if it isnt, do any of you guys know a better site?

I am still using that site because from the reviews i have seen, they are 2-3 years ago when shareapic was in a legal battle. But i know some people who have been payed this year so i am still sticking with them.
