bhavishdhankar what if you live where earth quakes do happen and you cannot afford to move? you stay put and tough it out. what do you mean at richer scale? that is a scale measuring the intensity of earthquakes and on the lower end ther is no reason to fear at all/we who live here a lot of times do not even feel the little tremor of less than five .a two or three will not usually be even felt. your sentence does not make sense as at richter scale tells us nothing. the higher the number on the scale then the quake is a disaster.but do not borrow trouble. look up what the richer scale tells you instead so you will not havethat fear. education is the key to doing away wirh fears.

I don't quite understand what are you asking. You should rephrase your question. You probably mean Richter Scale. But the question still doesn't make sense. Richter Scale is a scale for measuring the magnitude of earthquakes. It ranges from 0 to over 8.0. Did you want to ask what we suppose to do when earthqauke has a high magnitude on Richter Scale?
