Tips for getting offers credited on gpt sites

Does anyone know what the tip or trick is to getting the Gift Certificate Delivery/1 click prizes offers to credit? There are always a lot of those in each site. I tried different things such as filling out my info in the pop up, x out of the pop up. But, they do not credit for me. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
