I just like to share my bad experience with you regarding health problems I am having right now. I am not married yet, and right now I have Polystic Ovaries and Endometrial Polip. basically Polystic ovaries is a health problem in women, in where the body's insulins are stored mostly in ovaries.and Endometrial polip is when you have blood-cloth that sticks on your ovaries wall and it needed to be removed by operation. the symptoms are: you are bleeding most of the time. (in my case I was bleeding every day for almost 2 months). why is this happening? I am not quite sure tough. but some doctors in Indonesia pointed out that eating too much of fast foods (chickens especially) trigger this condition. if you are not married yet, and still a virgin, this could be a problem. because the operation is done from your feminine part. so girls..let's eat helathy food, and prevent this kind of conditions from happening to you.

Woah! Thank you so much for that information. I never even thought that such things could actually exist and it was good that you explained to us why such health problems occur. I guess too much of everything that's unhealthy especially fast food that contain so many preservatives and flavor additives can be really harmful to us. It's going to be tough on my part since I usually eat outside and I love chicken a lot. Thanks for the information and I hope you're feeling better now.

Hi Penrockerhic... thank you for your concern about my health, it is quite scary what i am having right now. yeah, and how i wish i did not eat too much of those fast foods. :) but it's already done anyway, what's left to do now is to control what i eat. i don't eat fast foods anymore, and i tried so hard not to eat anything sweet. better late than too late, right? but for those who have not experience it, please take care of your health. it costs a lot also to cure this health problems. the surgery is around 850 dollars, not included the medicine you have to consume for about a month.

That's quite expensive. Health is wealth as they say. I started eating healthy food ever since I had allergies that comes out of nowhere. I feel that since I have been eating too much fast food and instant food, I might have lowered my immune system and I get stressed easily and had stopped taking good care of myself. I sort of vowed to myself not to eat too much anymore so I won't be having any kind of diseases unexpectedly in the future. Get well soon and good luck!

My ex girl friend also had PCOS. The first signs and symptoms that she felt were irregular menses to the point that they stopped. My girl friend had not had her menses for 9 months before she went to a doctor. I always accompanied her to her gynecologist, and being a health care provider I also know a bit about this condition. The doctors prescribed her oral contraceptives for her menses to normalize again. They said that the PCOS cannot be treated but the complications can be avoided. Due to the young age of my exgirlfriend she was only given this method to have her regular menses, if she ever wanted kids I think the doctors would prescribe other medicines. They also said that she should also change her diet just as you said because women with PCOS tend to be obese. It helps if you are in you ideal weight. Most women tend to regain normality of their menses if they are able to maintain their ideal weight one of her doctors said. Constant check up is necessary for people who have this. Diet and exercise does wonders to various health problems and not only this. Thank you for the info astryfernandy.

I don't know what kind of doctor you went to, but he was wrong wrong WRONG. You cannot prevent either condition and it has absolutely nothing to do with what kind of food you eat. PCOS is a hormonal condition that you are born with. It's a disorder in the ovaries that keeps the folic cyst from turning into an ovum. So instead of dropping into the uterus to get fertilized, it stays in the ovary. They can build up, back up, sometimes burst and cause infection. Due to the build up of cysts, it can cause insulin resistance, but not always. What it DOES do is slow your metabolism and raise your testosterone levels. It can be treated with medications and hormone therapy to help with the symptoms. It may or may not effect fertility later when you decide to try to get pregnant, however there are a lot of highly effective treatments. As for uterine polyps, there is no known cause, they just happen. they can also be easily treated depending on the severity of the condition. Neither has anything whatsoever to do with being a virgin or being sexually active. I don't understand what you think that has to do with anything.
