Gunners have lost the plot too many times in a crunch or demanding situation. The players are not mentally tough to tackle such situations. Arsene Wenger has to seriously think of either bringing in star players or give way to a new coach.

They do not have the players with the right mentality to land them the league title. How many times had we seen them in promising position only to falter where it matters most? They have one now in Wilshere but unless Wenger goes out and get another one, they will not win anything for the next couple of years.
