Has anyone ever been fired from ChaCha?

Hi mylotters! Last week I received an email from ChaCha saying that my quality score was low for the week and also that continued low quality score could mean termination of contract with them. I am really trying my best to get my score up but seems like it just keeps going down and up. Has anyone else received these emails or have ever been 'fired' from ChaCha?

i work at ChaCha! And I am very careful about my quality score. SO far so good.. but I did hear from someone here on mylot that they had been fired from chacha.. that's actually how knew I could apply to work there!
