I need a Break!!

I am not saying I don't like to cook because I do like to cook and I like to try new recipies all the time but usually me and my husband share in the cooking department, L.O.L. 
But I have been cooking for him everyday this week and last week he has not cooked anything in 2 weeks, this is not fair as I see it because yesterday when I asked him if he wanted me to cook he yelled I am too f..ng tired to cook after working all day, excuse me I said did you want me to cook something for you? He said if you want to so I did but today I don't feel like it at all!! But I can if he really wanted to but I really feel I need and want a break from it I want to go to get some cheap tacos!! L.O.L.!! Ever feel you need a break from cooking?

I really love cooking too but I think anyone who does it forcefully won't find it exciting anymore like what's happening to you. You know reading from your discussions makes me think your husband is stubborn hehe. Are you pinay? looks like you are from the topics you discuss.

lol I too love to cook but seems like I don't feel like it much these days. Probably because we kind of cook the same daily so it becomes a drag.
I am with you too here, I don't feel like it today, in fact I pulled out some left overs from yesterday, luckily he will not mind. lol.

YES! I often get bored of eating alot of the same things, I also get bored of being the only one to do the dishes. It really urks me! Hubby made dinner last night the way I thought we could make a meal out of the meat we had... not as tasty as mine thats for sure. I was a nice wife today and made dinner in the crock pot for him so all he had to do is stir it and watch the veggies and kids while I was gone.

I do the majority of the cooking even though occassionally my husband will. I go online and look for different receipes so we do not get bored. Yesterday I did not cook at all and made my husband do all the cooking. I wish I could get him to help me out a little bit more. I am a full-time graduate student and need time to study. It is hard to do all the cooking, cleaning and laundry. We are also in the process of remodeling the house which is also hard on us because I can only do the work on Sunday because the rest of the week is reserved for school work.

Yeah sometimes I find cooking mundane, other times daunting especially after a tough day at work. But I love cooking. I just hate the cleaning part. I'm the only one who cooks at home so it's either my cooking, takeout, delivery, or eat out.
