Beg explanation:The star and the rank in the star before the usename

i noticed that most of the myloters here have different star and number before their usename,but i am confused by the numbers in the star.some have responded a lot but stil have a small numeber while some repled not as much instead get a large number,how does mylot calculate this number and does the number before related to the payment you will get?i am sure you can explain it...

As soon as one reaches 100 the rating starts, rating by users and depending on the rating one is allotted stars blue, pink, yellow.......in that order blue being the highest rated. You need to be in the good books of users here!
that does not mean that you have to bribe them!. Against each comment/response there is a plus, minus and ! sign. The sign ! is when the user reports your response/comment if it is a guidelines violation.

thanks a lot,allknowing, your answer is very detailed and i haven't use those sigh against comment as you said i missed giving positive or negative evaluation ...oh sorry to miss great evaluation even some of them gave practical comments,i hope i am not too late to do this...
