Need help with my paypal account.

I have two different accounts in paypal.I earned a few bucks in one of my account with the paypal wishlist program earlier.I want to transfer it from one account to another since i wanna stop using that account.So,for transferring from one account to another,do i need to link and confirm my debit/credit card? Pls help..
