Friends, Its always nice to share with you people. Today i would like to share 1 more unique patch of my life. Its all about the C.E.O of my company. Yes C.E.O. He is the world most foolish person. On the name of development and growth of the organization, he has done nothing. I usually go and visit his office and even suggest him points which should be implemented in betterment of the organization. He is managing admin department and he has failed in that too. In short he is a loser. I don't know how these CEO's work. How do they reach to that big post from where they become insane and blind about the world. Serving own's organization and in return to country is only like a dream to them, which they never try to live. Have you all faced same issues with your CEO's where you work? Is this common problem around the globe or my CEO is a unique creature where something terribly went wrong during evolution of human kind.

The best solution, this is only my opinion, is to become the CEO of your own company. Why waste time working for someone who doesn't listen? Take the energy you have and put it towards something that will reward you for your efforts!

Yes you are right. The best thing is to be CEO of your own company. Actually this thought has inspired me long back and i once tried a business. I was CEO only for few days because that didn't worked out and eventually i shut down the business.

Hey there, I have had my fair share of wrongful CEO's, the only thing good about them is hiring excellent/good people like you and I who painfully continue to muddle things daily to assure the company continues afloat. It is when they become super greedy that the company, no matter what we do goes down the drain. *sadly*

Yea you right. Once they become greedy no one can save the company. Infact my all CEO from the present to past companies were greedy. The present one is unique model. Was in Indian Air force, then retired and now a CEO. Doesn't know the basic of science and still tries to poke nose in it.

Thats a common problem. Its very rare to get a billgates or Dhiru bhai ambani .Leaders are born and they can also be cultivated but only if they wish to.
