A royal flutter?

Everyone seems to be betting on the various aspects of the royal wedding, but do the royals themselves bet? It isn't such a silly question as it might first appear. I think they should purchase lottery tickets at the very least. The British government uses the proceeds of the National Lottery to finance many good causes. Therefore it would seem to be in the national interest to take part. One might almost say it is an obligation. OK, it wouldn't be their own money - the British tax payer foots the bill. Still it might be a chance (pun intended) to get some of the money back. What do you think?
