I'm a very easy to sleep. If I was very sleepy and tired, without having to do anything, I could go to sleep. Your suggestion is very good, for people who have trouble sleeping.

Hi yugasini! Thanks for the sleeping tips because I sure need them! I have Insomnia and am up most nights. I have tried all the "remedies" and adhered to the "Do's" and "Don'ts" but so far nothing seems to work. I will read a book, get sleepy and the minute I turn the light off something happens and I can't get to sleep. After 10 minutes or more of tossing and turning I usually give up and come back on the computer because I just give up!
