Thinking positive only, to be a healthy human being!

Positive thoughts provide strength to achieve anything. They affect not only the personal health but also the five elements of nature. The mystery had been realised by saints and yogis for a long time. It is said that when Mahatma Buddha reached a village, people without any ordinance, would start doing good work. Now in the scientific era, this is being proved. A scientist, Kirlian, has developed photography that can read the auras. If an individual is constantly having thoughts that are negative, depressing or his mind is full of tension, worry, agony etc., then the resulting aura is likely to be of darker hues with less clearly defined and harzy boundaries. In terms of tension and stress, body is badly affected and is responsible for many health problems. Negative thoughts pour toxins affecting the chemistry of body. Think positive only for a pure body and mind, so as to achieve many things.

Well i always believe that thinking about negative things will make your day more miserable. I always try to always think positive even if it does not happen a lot. There are really just some days or experiences that even with a strong positive outlook of life, you will be bummed about something.

I badly need this discussion.lol. Thanks for this, for a pessimistic type of person like me it helps. Oh well, I will find things that will make me positive like hobby or sports activities just to kill my always negative thoughts. thanks again!

Yeah, there is a teaching called "law of attraction". It teaches on how to focus on positive things and all you want in life will come true. The only problem is its hard to stay focused especially when you're in the midst of problems

i love this discussions of yours.. nowadays, our world seems to be full of negativity and problems.. but, it is important that we don't let those negative things get into us.. having a happy disposition does help a lot.. having problem is inevitable, it is already up to us how we are going to handle those situations.. let us all live a happy life! :)

Positive thinking is considering a person's potentials and possibilities instead of considering one's inadequacies. I heard that have a positive thinking can improve your heatlhy. As the survey, people can recovery from the disease soon when they spend their time to wish about the goodnes thing. So by now, let's have positive thinking!!
