Insomnia is very distrubing

the year I had difficulty to sleep. how not to get insomnia...????

I had an insomnia when I was in college even up to this date but not like before, the etiology maybe because of I was a coffee addict at the time so I thought I have to lessen my coffee intake esp. during night time. Some cases are chronic severe insomnias which may be caused by psychological, emotional or physical reasons that may contribute to its continuity. You can try taking a bath at night or reading books that interests you because that's what I've done before, and I'm glad it helped. I hope somehow, these, will also work for you.

yes, I'm not insomniac anymore. I can sleep whenever I want except when there is a noise going on in my neighborhood..hehe hey, u can also try sleeping aides which are available in tablets i think, I saw it on tv i forgot the name anyway u can search for it on the net.

hi, there are times that we cant sleep or we feel a difficulty or disorder in sleeping,and sooner it will become an insomnia,to avoid this try to read or make yourself asleep before you sleep,or drink hot milk to help you to sleep.

i do three things to avoid insomnia: 1) wake up early 2) work out before i sleep (jogging, weights, etc.) 3) drink milk (trust me it helps) hope this helped...
