Hello, I browsed on internet and found a site www.revver.com. They pay cash for uploading video. Anyone knows about this site they scam or legit and the minimum pay out. and I am an Indian they offer membership for Indian?

revver paid its members a good amount of money until 2010 when they decided to stop.
The sad thing is I sent them over 100 emails in 2010 when they stopped paying me and their response was I did not have enough to cashout but their TOS stated they paid at $20 and I had $25. Metacafe pays but you have to check the rewards box when you upload a video(one by one) or you can not earn for that video.
