Jakarta city which is the capital of Indonesia, having thousands of problems which until now has not resolved. one of them is the problem of traffic jams. I wanted to ask is, if you become mayor of Jakarta, what policies will you take to overcome traffic jams in Jakarta?

If the place you live is always traffic jam, what should be done, so, no traffic jam?

Perhaps, some residents, Jakarta, moved to another area. So the number of people in Jakarta can be reduced. By reducing the population of Jakarta, traffic congestion would be reduced.

but instead of traffic jams in Jakarta due to the number of vehicles?

number of vehicles will be reduced, if the population decreases.

can not directly like that. if we want to reduce the population in Jakarta and move to other areas (transmigration), Jakarta's economy likely will be paralyzed. My own argue is, if I became mayor of Jakarta, then I will make local laws regarding restrictions on vehicle ownership. how do you think?
