It will be a good step if Laden dead body should hang in the place of World Trade Centre in america so it become a good lesson to the terrorism World might be a threat to them. And they will think thousands time before doing any nasty things again so what you think about it..?

Bad idea. For two reasons, in my opinion. Firstly, I agree with Menace - sinking to their level makes us no better than them. If you hunt monsters, be careful not to become one (or however that old quote goes). "Abyssus abyssum invocat" and all that.
Secondly - and more importantly - putting a body on public display would simply encourage fanatical followers to try harder, to make the west pay for the shame and desecration, etc. It would make him a martyr (cf. crucifying a certain bearded chappy 2000 years ago), which is the last thing anyone wants.
Much better to just pop a round in his head, remove him from the world and leave it at that.

I agree on the both points. With regard to the public display point, there is already talk and word of caution from experts that the Taliban would mostly likely regroup and retaliate against the killing of Osama Bin Laden. Having their precious leader killed would most likely inspire them to more radical stuff. It's like a weed - even though the head is cut off but the roots still remain. There are other people who also run al-qaeda and hunt should not stop.
Besides, the US will mostly likely bury Osama in the traditional Muslim way (which means he needs to be buried within 24 hours). Don't know if the Saudis will claim his body though.

I really have mixed feelings siliguri...one one part of me feels the same but on the other hand don't we become like him if we do a public display like that. I don;t want to be associated with tactics such as that but my gut reaction is certainly the same.

That is just warped...that is something the islamics would do. We are supposed to be above that kind of thing. We are trying to fight against that kind of behaviour and keep it out of our countries. We are trying to fight against the base instincts that controlled our ancient ancestors. We are supposed to be civilized

As wonderful as this idea sounds, i don't know that this truly the place for him to be laid to rest. i think it would just bring dishonor to his victims and their families. just knowing he is gone should be enough.
