i got free domain and free hosting?

hosting is pretty easy to find free, but i also finally found a site that has free domains and they are compatible w ea other. actually had some free domains from some other site, but u couldnt change the host. this time though - i want to make money w my site http://ampc.cz.co but i dont have an idea how to go about doing this. i heard some people will setup websites for u but i dont have enough money for that. i did buy some software before that will help send traffic, as far as i know it works better if you own ur own website, yet i still need more ideas as to what to promote. if anyone could suggest something, preferably without having to signup with too many offers, i would be more than happy for your opinion. thx
