pragold.net problem with payment?

pragold.net is a hyip site. i just joined this site last april 30th. i invested 2 dollars, and after 2 days, my balance was $2.19, i requested it for withdrawal on my alertpay. and i got an email from the admin that the payment was already sent to my alertpay account. i checked my alertpay account, but i was never received any payment. i sent them a support request but i never received a response yet. i also made a translation dispute in alertpay in case i never got a response. has anyone been a member in this site? did you experience problems like this?
