LINE6 GuitarPort.

I heard about LINE 6 GuitarPort few days back from my friend. So I did some research about it. It seemed to me that it as an awesome gadget for recording guitar. But I can't find some things that I wanna know about it very badly. If somebody got any kind of experience about it can you please answer me these questions.
1. Can I plug in my Stereo jack from my guitar effect processor in GuitarPort?
2. Can I record Guitar, Bass, Keyboards and Vocals with it?
3. Can I use Guitar Port as a sound card and record directly via USB in Cubase 5?
