Something stopping me from achieving my goal!

One must remember that you will not be allowed to interfere with lessons others must learn. Sometimes helping will prevent the lesson. Relax, never let this bother you. Give love and kindness to everyone you meet. Help those you can and encourage those you can't. If your value of material things gets in the way, you do not yet understand that it's the spiritual things that carry the most value. Until you learn this and choose this, you will always struggle.

Life is always a question of balance. If you give selflessly all the time, there's nothing left for yourself and you'll feel like you no longer exist, except in your actions to help others. Rather than setting yourself an unachievable goal of perfection, set yourself achievable targets - give a percentage of your time to help others, for example. But make sure you keep a little for yourself and your family or you'll become a ghost of the person you were... and then you won't be able to help anyone.
