what's the best exercises in the morning that could make you feel energetic and refreshed the whole day?..thanks..

I do some stretchings as soon as I wake up, they kinda make me awake. I think taking morning walks will refreshen your day. I usually go running in the mornings though.

i also do stretchings..although not regularly..and i add up some dumbell exercises..yeah..i think i need to run to boost my stamina..thanks for the response thatgirl13..have a nice day..

Well, I would recommend jogging for about 1-2 hours early in the morning. For better result jog regularly.
