Palmbux-scam site

I know somepeople who are really keen on this site and have been paid. But according to ptc-investigations this site is a scam and I trust what they say as they watch sites and take action to check things before they make their decision. If you look at the site and type in palmbux you will get information about the debt the owners have which make it seem that they will not pay anyone.

I'm a member there and in fact have been paid 3 times so far, with increasing more troubles each time. The site has a long history, first they were legit, then scam, then paying some again, now scam again. The site has been sold recently once more, but since a few days it's offline, I guess it will no longer return. 3 or 4 scammers running the same site is too much I guess.
Coincidentally, Cashium, who is/was owned by the same scammer ("James") is also offline for quite some time, leaving a lot scammed.
