Favorite brand of webcam?

I was wondering if anyone has a favorite brand of webcam... I am a manager for a company that conducts all of its business by webcam (people get paid simply for using webcam) and I have a MacBook Pro, which comes with a webcam... but I am in charge of hiring new employees, and I find many people who would like to work, but I can't hire because they don't have a webcam. they want to know what kind of webcam they can buy (without having to buy a whole new computer!) so that they wil be hirable. I don't know much about webcams seperate from laptops, so I never know what to say! So does anyone know anything about what kinds of webcam are good to buy?

My macbook has a built in isight too. Its so handy!
To recommend a webcam, a good brand is logitech. It really depends what quality etc your clients would require, but I'm an IT technician, and have recommended several logitech models to customers before and always had good feedback.
Most of them these days are not too bad, and many even come with HD. If your client is using a darker room, they might benefit from a webcam with additional LED lighting on.
