Today is my 3rd day of swimming lessons. I really liked swimming and when I first started I was doing great. But now I noticed or rather I feel like my body is heavier than it was when I first started. My leg seems hard to move. My stamina has also decreased. Also I get headache and I think I lack air. Can anyone tell me why this is? I really want to do good with my swimming but it seems like I'm deteriorating. Can somebody offer me some tips to improve. I'd really appreciate some advices. If you've experienced the same problem as mine, I hope you can tell me what you did to solve it. Thanks in advance guys.

Thanks for this advice mate. I actually tried it today and indeed it helped a lot. I just stop concentrating on being fast and just relaxed and well It does feel better. My breathing is a bit okay, but my legs are still heavy. Anyway, can you teach me some ways to relax? I am a bit tense lately. I mean I tried just slowing my pace and not thinking too much of the pressure. Are there some exercises to help me relax? Thanks a lot. Have a nice day. :)

Hello there ebuscat :) Well I tried my best to follow the teacher's instruction. I actually did well on the first day, but I think my body is too tensed to deliver in the second day. Anyway I have also this coordination problem, so even though I understand the instruction, sometimes my body can't translate it.
