Did you express your anger at work?

Yes i do, because we are humanbeings and it happens one than other day. I will show my angriness in my work that is by typing fastly or else completing the work faster and which causes a list of errors. I will try to control myself but i can't.

hello, No, because if I do working while I am angry I will just end up more angry because I did not do good. ha ha It happened to me when all of my members makes me really mad at them and I decided to worked alone and it makes more worst and it makes me laugh by that. ha ha by i dont think others do.

I don't express it. People know something is up when I'm Calm and quiet. I am always messing with people when I'm not angry, Quiet is just not me and people know this. So, I guess I keep it bottles up....which I'm sure is no bueno Either....oh well.
