friends i want to know that for which effort exctly maylot paying ,,,,,,,for starting discussion,for giving comment or for getting comment...tell me plz as better as u can........

YOU earn for what YOU do, I earn for what I do. You don't earn anything because I responded to your discussion - I do. But you will earn if you reply to (comment on) the responses you get (provided that you don't just say 'Thanks for responding' or similar).
The more descriptive you are and the higher the quality of your participation, the more you will be rewarded.

We are not told what you can earn for any individual activity. It varies according to the quality (as it says above) and some things may earn you nothing, as pointed out in the Guidelines.
The answer is 'No, it is NOT $0.001. It could be more, it could be less.'

Not for getting comment. But the others you stated yes you get paid for them.
