If you had a time machine, what will you change in history?

For me, I'd like to prevent World War 1 and 2. The wars of the ancient world are enough. How about you Mylotters? Will you prevent the assassination of someone big in gov't? Will you prevent the Titanic from starting that voyage in April 1912?

This is really a tricky little thing. The power to time travel, there is just a Pandora's box that can be opened with trying to change history. You take out Hitler, it might save the lives of a lot of innocent people. However who is to say that one of the people who did die, might not have turned out to be far worse than Hitler at his very worse. Granted, the chances of that could be very slim, but its the butterfly effect. Still I think that if I could change one thing in history, that's a tough one for sure. I really cannot think of anything that could not potentially screw up about twelve more things. Anything that I do, there is a chance that something could happen for the better, but something happen for the worse, or for the rather indifferent. Snuffing Saddam Hussein or Adolf Hitler or Osama Bin Laden or more nicely, showing them a different path in life, before they really go to the paths they do. Would have to be something minor, but something minor could screw up majorly.

If I had a time machine, I'd go back to the time when Hitler was trying to get into that Arts College in Germany. I'll force the people to let him in. Then he wouldn't have turned to public speaking and became the charismatic leader that he was. Therefore, World War 2 would've never happened.

Seeing the state of the government I would go back and talk to the founding fathers and talk to them about trying to prevent the greed from controlling the government. Have more safe gaurds built into the constitution.make it so that a true country can emerge instead of a greedy power hungry government. A country run by the people like they wanted.not run by corporations and monopolies. I would also thank whoever made the game monopoly cause I love that game. He would get a great handshake for such a brilliant idea. Last thing I'd do is let myself know what not to do so that my life wouldn't be how it is now.

i guess, i would get to change the time where people started to destroy mother earth. It's a fact as of this moment that we are now living in an endangered plant. However, if time machines were real...it wouldn't be like this and it would have been prevented. =]
