I love my kids

I have two kids a 2 year old and a an almost 4 year old, Today mothers day, I woke up to my kids saying happy birthday mommy, I said its not mommys birthday and told them it was mothers day and they gave me a shirt that says worlds coolest mom and a card. Then about 20mins after I got out of bed the power went out and we were told it would be back on within like 2 hours it didnt come back on so I took them to the park and out to lunch. They had a fun and I had fun when we got home the power was back on.. I had a great mothers day with my kids. They are the best. But you know what my mom said, moms have to spend mothers day with there kids but when its fathers day they can go out and get away from the kids.. I didnt notice it until she said it, it was funny.

Wow, you had a good time on mother's day! Mothers day was also the 40th days since my father was gone, we spend the day with a mass, a good lunch and a visit at the Heritage Garden. I got a lot of text messages from friends since Saturday. My 2 daughters give me a hug and a kiss on Mother's day and they behave well the whole day so I got the chance to have a good talk to some relatives who visits us.
