It's difficult for her to decide where to live?

After we went to visit her construction place,I got the idea that it would not be suitable for my girlfriend to move there to live yesterday.It would be rather inconvenient for a female to live with 8 male workers.So we talked a lot about whether she should move there.In my opnion,the personal safety is really a problem there,because there are so many trucks which carry heavy earth and stones on the road.Meanwhile,it is hard to protect personal privacy living in such a surounding.
So I suggested that she should live in the city,but she said it was the requirement of her company she should live there to manage the programm.What can we do?

Yes i am in your side, a female will not feel secured in such place with 8 males, it is better she lives in the city as you say, should not take any risk.
