Job or masters ??

Fellow mylotians, which is more important for a successful life? Right now, I am in the midst of this dilemma, and it is being very difficult for me to figure out the right choice for my career. I am employed with a company where I have really enjoyed working, but now I have got an opportunity to pursue my masters degree. I know, i might get a good job after my masters, but whether it could give me the same satisfaction, I am not sure. Also, it involves a huge amount of investment at the moment. Please give me your valuable advices and suggestion and also experiences if any. Thanks a lot in advance.
