Try to go to android apps if you can make some downloads,then...you will have a better for that Nokia phone and you don't need to buy a new one. Not all phones are capable for android apps..but at least you can try with your phone. welcome to mylot

It's impossible. Nokia phones are not capable of using android since they don't have a license to as they run on symbian only. That's why Nokia is lagging behind with it's competitors as it hasn't accepted the android yet on their phones. The latest news i have heard is that Microsoft company is planning to buy Nokia. If this happens then we can expect a better Nokia.

Well, you've posted this topic about a year ago. You must know that in time the phones of all brands, we are very advanced, especially on the speed and capacity factors (mass memory). I do not know currently your NOKIA 5800, but speaking from my personal experience, I can say I have bought a Samsung GT-15500, in December 2011. As the model is fundamental and must say that I, too, despite everything, I notice a slowdown in applications, especially when the device is turned on. However, I'm not complaining that much, because it is a smartphone that I paid very little!

Dude it is not possibile in the phones you telling nokia 5800 has symbian os version 3 which can't be replce with any other os as we did in computers. The mobiles only few of them are capable of doing if i know non of them do like this, i didn't hear os change in any phones. I just heard about the running os side by side android with iphone and blackberry os so far if i am wrong let me know the truth the range of mobile need to be high if you need really fast working phoes go for dual core hardware phone. Youcan't afford this time so let it be and deal your self as according. when you have money buy it might you got cheaper mobile and better.
