How many lies do you utter in a day??

Hi friends,
Today morning, I had come early for work. I had received a forwarded mail with the following quotes in it:
[b]"we tell lies when we are afraid..
Afraid of what we don't know,
Afraid of what others will think,
Afraid of what will be found out about us.
But every time we tell a lie.....
the thing we fear grows stronger.
Be truthful.
With others. With self."[/b]
Well, after reading this I was just thinking, how truthful I am to others or even myself. 
I do lie to myself to convince my mind for certain decisions/causes. I know, it's not good to lie. But at least lying to myself will only be with me. But, when I start lying to others, it will create wrong notions. They may be trapped or face even the slightest consequence of my lie. I don't think, we would have lived a day without lie. Not sure, if babies can ever lie though!! But as an adult, I have been living with lies and I confess! 
So, how many of you think as I do. How many lies do you consciously utter every day??

Probably more than I should. 
I work in a big retail store so that comes with telling some "white lies" to customers, usually about the flyer. For example the "regular price" of some items actually isn't a regular price, the item is NEVER full priced and nobody sells it for that price.. But I can't tell them that now can I?
There are also items in our flyer that are not on sale. The "sale" price and regular price are exactly the same. They usually get mad at me for that, but since I do not print out the flyers or make them.. I just say it's on sale, because I have to.

I work with Siemens Ltd the day when i joined it i was told about the ethics and morals
but due to a lot of tough competition ahead in market we are compelled to do take some shortcuts at times and hide some important infomation and than the picture begins lie and lie and lie
day starts with lie and ends with lie cant help it
