How do you put smiley icons in mylot?

I am really new to mylot and all and I came to a certain post of discussion where the user was able to ues smiley icons. Can anyone tell me how to do that?

Hi and welcome to myLot. You will be able to use the emoticons once your participation is at 200. A box to the left says myLot code at which time it will allow you to do add 3 at a time into discussions/response/comments.
