Home Computer Support Business Start-up

I would like to start up a home computer support business and I was wondering if people could give me an overview of problems that they might call a computer shop in relation to and also what you would want from a company that provides support - I'm open to ideas. One of the ideas I have is outside of business hours support, which I consider to be any time between 5am and 9am and 5pm to 1am. Another is to carry equipment with me to do onsite repairs to computers that have hardware issues. Response times would also be useful to know as I would like to know if people would expect their computers to be looked at within the day they called as I know some people have issues they want looking at immediately. This does depend on some circumstances (ie the problem) but the more information the better. Also, I don't consider support being limited to problems either, I am looking at providing consultancy and training and would like your thoughts on that. I would like to say thank you in anticipation of any input.
