Do you eat chicken's neck?

We are privileged here cause the owner of our apartment are running a business on roasted chicken. They removed the neck of the dressed chicken for it has no used. So, they tend to give it to us but the thing is, I don't eat it at all. I don't know, it's not that it's gross but I find it not interesting to eat since it's more on bones. I hate to eat like that not a bone lover I guess. But my friend loves to eat it she even eat the entire neck. Ahhh can't do it.

I am sorry but for me it's not a privilege. They are giving you the chicken's necks because they don't need them. They have no use. Did they also give you thighs, legs, and the like? If I were the owner of your apartment, I would love to give you special roasted chicken at least once a month. Yes. I will do it not only because I am a nice person but also because I am earning from you. To answer your question, I don't like it. I tried one time because chicken's neck is my bestfriend's favorite. She's always encouraging me to try eating the most delicious part of the chicken. I never liked it. The neck has small lumps which were sticking on my throat.

Thanks wittynet! Actually they sell those chicken's neck about 40php per kg, and oh yeah they would sometimes give roasted chicken as I remember for this month they already give 4 times. They are generous, knowing that the owner is our relative. Lol! But still thankful of everything they gave.

Yes, I love eating chicken neck! I don't even know why. I just do. There's no chicken part that I don't like. Like them all. Oh well.

No, I don't eat chicken's neck. First, this part doesn't have lots of meat and I don't like eating bones. Second, I have heard that it is not healthy to eat it because it contains the lymphatics system. I love China

Hi, christine888. I have never eaten chicken neck that I am sure about. I have eaten, turkey necks though. They are very delicious too. I am not sure that I have eaten chicken necks before. I don't think that I may like eating this too much at all.

hello, Yes, I eat the chicken neck for me it is really delicious and I really enjoy this kind of part. ha ha I dont think this is gross for me because I used to eat it since I was a kid so maybe we have different taste. ha ha

I never ate a chicken neck, so, I can't say if it's good or not. Every time when I eat a roast chicken, I eat all the others parts first (specially the wings) and usually we throw the neck on the trash. I have to say that I feel disgusted to even think of eating the chicken neck.

I eat chicken but I am not a fan of chicken neck. But if I don't have a choice and there is no other food available, then I will be force to eat it. But I have to make sure it is washed clean and cooked well.

I have never eaten the neck bone portion of the chicken. My boyfriend enjoys them but one of the several parts of the chicken I can't eat. lol
