For the last three days, I've been pushing, moving, lifting, standing, and re-arranging my kid's room that my feet is throbbing like crazy. As I am lying here typing this discussion, I can feel the pains. Does anyone have any tips as to how to relieve it. It hurts really bad especially on the outside of my foot when I point my toes. My husband has massage it, and while it feels great when he is massaging. but as soon as he stop, the pain returns.. I prefer natural remedies, if anyone has any suggestions????

Get some Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate {MgSO4} crystals) and dissolve recommended amount and give your feet a soak as directed a few times a day. You can purchase this in any pharmacy over the counter.

When you get the chance to rest prop a pillow underneath them and elevate your feet to get all the pressure and blood flowing. Way too much pressure on the feet is what is causing the inflammation. The epson salt most recommended makes wonders too.

The most natural remedy would probably be rest. stay off you feet for the whole day if you can. since the soreness is just recent, you can also soak your feet in very cold water for 5 min. but dont do thins if you have rheumatism or arthritis.
