i recently change my password of everything, from my gmail account to facebook, hotmail, yahoo and all. i want my information in net to be secured so i change my password if something is wrong or I hear information like server being hacked. Recently Sony playstation server was hacked and most data was leaked since i have ps3 and account with Sony i had to change my password. BUT since i have android phone and all my account is linked with it i had to change everything from the phone as well. it was a hassle. it was like beginning from the scratch again. And still i am not being able to link my hotmail acc to mail app. something is wrong and weird O_O? How often do you change your password??? does sever being hacked makes any difference to it??

Yes I have heard of suspicious activity on some sites I belong to so to prevent from time to time I do and always make sure they are all different for each and every site. It is a pain, but best to be safe then sorry later. So great advice to do it from time to time. I use roboform so it is quite easy for me to have a back up of all of them as well all in roboform.

I should add that since one of my emails is linked to my blackberry I cannot make them different. So once I change my email address I have to go in and change it for my blackberry same as the one in my email. Maybe this is what you need to do. Probably best to call Android and ask first. This is how I found out that I had to do it in my blackberry.

Hi change 2 or 3 times a year, but is recommended more often. Exist very people that never change password and have always a simple password without caps lock/characters or numbers.
