How much time will it take for the money to transfer from pixprofit to my paypal

Hello, I earned 3$ by entering captchas in pixprofit.com. I ordered a withdrawl for the same. They have even done the payment to my INDIA REGISTERED paypal account. But i have not yet received the money in my paypal account. I tried googling and found that paypal to paypal transfer is instant. So why my paypal account shows no money?? is it because it is INDIA REGISTERED?? or do they transfer from bank to paypal and not paypal to paypal??(bank transfer to paypal takes some time). People please tell me if anyone knows about it. This is my first time I am using paypal and this is my first earning at pixprofit.
