Brando's hostage taking in the hospital

Anna has to do her mission in meeting those people whom she have done something wrong when she was still alive. One of them was Brando who became the hostage taker just because of Anna for being too much strict to him when he was still a driver. Anna can't even decide on what to do when she would want to meet Brando again. It is not even on her sense that she would ask forgiveness on what she have done. It seemed that Anna has her pride. I could understand because from her pride and hatred that she has it couldn't be change overnight. So I believe in order for her to feel the realization of the wrong doings that she have done on earth it could really take time for her to be sincere with her kind heart.
