would you break the law to save a loved one?

                    It would depend on what I would be saving them from. If it was to save them from going to prison for something they had done, I would not. As hard as it would be, I would have to let them bear the consequences of their actions. If it was to literally save their life, I would do whatever I had to do, even if it meant breaking the law. I was once in a situation where my granddaughter might have been placed in the custody of a very bad person who would have harmed her. I was fully prepared to take her and flee, and to hide as long as needed to keep her safe. I assume that is the type of situation you are referring to.
