Comfort Movies

Today on a rainy Sunday I decided to watch Beaches. I know it will make me cry, but at the same time it is comforting to watch this movie. It ranks up there with Steel magnolias, Dirty Dancing, and even Desperately Seeking Susan. Do you have any comfort movies you like to watch? Which ones are they?

I would add to yours Pretty Woman and other films such as Stepmom (I cry every time I see it) and I also like those films that make me laugh like the cop stories such as Mortal Weapon (all of them).

Those are good movies to watch on a rainy day. I might watch the Notebook or the Last Song if I wanted a feel good, crying movie. lol.

I don´t have a TV so my movie watching is limited to the cinema or when I have enough laptop battery. So it´s a treat I normally save for things I´ve not seen before.
