Online Sweepstakes Sites-do you trust them?

I have been on saving money kick like crazy over the last few years more so than ever. And it's not just because of the economy I believe it is because it is in my veins, my mother was clipping coupons and working rebates way before it was considered cool. And I remember as a child even though we had little to offer moneywise, my mom always made sure we had what we needed and wanted doing this little tricks of the consumer trade. So I was wondering what online sweepstakes sites/contests do you use? And do you find them to be trustworthy (as in have you ever won anything from an online contest)?
